Q: I want to print my own images via third party web sites such as photobox, snapfish, other groupon deals?

A: Yes you can as long as you have purchased the images

Q: Can I print Shoot Studios Images I have on disk?

A: Yes you can as long as you have purchased the images full res

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept card, cash or cheque at the Studio. Online we accept paypal. Paypal also
accepts credit cards and debt cards.

Q: How do I book a session?
A: To book a session at shoot studios, either call us on 01202 243983 or shop on-line
for one of our session vouchers, select the type of session that suits best, check out and
we will send you the voucher direct. Drop us some questions via our Contact Us page,
or let us know what type of session you will be booking/looking for and the days your are
available and we will be only to happy to help.

Q: When and how do I pay for my session?
A: We prefer for sessions to be paid for upon booking, but understand this is not always
possible. If your session is not paid for in advance, please pay on arrival at our studio.

Q: What shall I bring to my session?
A: Anything you want! We encourage you to bring items that reflect your personality,
clothes that you feel comfortable in and music that makes you happy! It's a good idea
if we're photographing children to bring their favourite toy or comfort blanket.
Please feel free to bring as many outfit changes as you want.

Q: What clothes shall I wear?
A: This is a common question, to which there is no definite answer - however here
are some guidance points for you:
Jeans and bright fun colours always look fab!
Avoid crisp, plain white garments, matching outfits and clashing patterns!
Bring outfit changes one smart and one to two casual outfits works well.
Compliment styles with other members of your group.
Bring accessories to compliment or contrast with your outfits.
Don't be uncomfortable in your clothes, even if you have a formal shoot - this will reflect
in your images...and we don't want that!
Bring clean shoes 

Q: How many people can I bring to my sitting?
A: We can comfortably accommodate 10 adults, but please contact the studio if your
group size is any larger than 10 as we might have to move one of our larger studios
to accommodate.

Q: I need to change my appointment! What do I do?
A: We appreciate that you may need to reschedule your appointment, so don't worry,
you will not have to pay again! Please try and give us as much notice as possible and we
will re-book your appointment at a more suitable time. Unfortunately if you have pre-paid
for a session and fail to turn up without prior notice, we will not be able to refund you.
If you have booked a session and not pre-paid, and then fail to show for this session, you
will be required to pay in advance for your re-booked shoot.

Q: Can I view my images online?
A: Images are viewable online, and we are pleased to say that your inital viewing session
will not take place at the studio. Online viewing is perfect for you and showing friends and
family your images, as well as giving yourself a little extra time to decide what products you
would like to purchase.

Q: I really need some time to think about what I want to order, how long do I have?
A: We TOTALLY understand! We can provide you with a price list after your session, and
fill you in on any current offers we have running - so you have a good idea of the prices
and range of the products we offer. All we ask at your viewing is which image(s) you
would like for your complimentary product. There is no pressure to order any more.
We archive all sessions indefinately so you can re-order images as and when you wish.

Q: Do I need to pay for my product up front?
A: Yes. We need to take full payment upon ordering. However, for our larger products
we may be able to take a deposit, with the remainder payable on collection.

Q: I want to purchase all my images, can I do this?
A: All the images can be a bit excessive however we are now offering digital files in batches of 10 @ £10 each, We offer personalised discs, presented in a beautiful presentation
case, with a selection, or all your images ready to view and print freely.

Q: What products do you offer?
A: Our range is vast, from frames to posters, keyrings to cards and contemporary block
prints to traditional canvas wraps. There's also a great deal in between! We have samples
in our studio for you to consider, and prices currently span from £15 to £795. We are
constantly adding to our range too. If we don't offer exactly what you want, please
ask and we will endeavour to provide this service to you.

Q: How long will my products take to arrive?
A: Digital Files 48Hrs sent via email or depending on what you order, and taking into account peak periods, your products
can take anything from one week to 8 weeks to arrive. We will always inform you on
ordering a general time scale. We will e-mail you once your product arrives and
it can then be collected anytime during our opening hours, or we can make an
appointment for your collection.

Q: Why are my images not viewable online?
A: Once your images have been edited, then they will be on-line, this process can
take between 3-15 days depending on work flow, as soon as your image shave been
uploaded you will be notified at the same point by email and text.

Q: Can I hire your studio?
A: Unfortunately we do not hire our studio, equipment or facilites.
